Yoga Nidra for Kids with Dani

Yoga Nidra is known as Yogic Sleep. This 20 minute practice is for kids ages 8-14 yrs, but can be practiced by adults too. Grab a pillow and a blanket, and a comfortable spot!

Kids Yoga with Dani

Grab your parent, sibling or friend and join us for some kids yoga. We will do a kids yoga warm up and then explore a few partner poses that we can do with anyone, followed by a relaxation.

Evening Yoga Practice with Jessica

Join Jessica and I as we move together for a after dinner practice. Enhanced practice to increase flexibility in your hips and chest.
